Is the SOS Coaching Network a business opportunity or franchise?
The SOS Coaching Network is not a business opportunity or a franchise. The SOS Coaching Network features program licenses for coaches and trainers to use for individual or group coaching sessions or for organizational training purposes. Additionally, all members of the SOS Coaching Network receive three months of one-on-one coaching with one of the top coaches in the country. This personalized coaching will focus on holding you accountable for your personal and professional goals. A franchise or a business opportunity is all about one system that everyone has to follow. You have to fit your goals into that system. The SOS Coaching Network provides you with the tools, resources, and programs for you to design your business or private practice in a way that works for you. Through the coaching that’s provided, we help you accomplish your goals, maximize your strengths, and develop the kind of business that you desire. That means no franchise fee, no business opportunity fee, no royalties, and no expensive ongoing programs or products that you need to buy. You simply pay a one-time licensing fee for the right to facilitate our programs and an annual fee to remain an active member of the SOS Coaching Network, which provides ongoing program license rights, updates to the programs, continued lead generation opportunities, and networking.
As a member of the SOS Coaching Network and licensee of your programs, how can I use these programs?
You will be licensed to facilitate 6 programs, which can be used in a number of ways. These programs can be utilized on an individual basis during the course of a coaching relationship. You can facilitate any of these programs with groups of up to 15 using the group coaching (or Showcase) model. Another option is to utilize these programs for organizational training purposes. Ask for our ROI document for more information about how you can recover your return on investment based on your business model and individual strengths.
What do I do with the programs I am already using?
We are not trying to replace the programs you are currently using. Membership in the SOS Coaching Network will allow you to expand your product offering with flexible programs that will meet the needs of a wide array of clients. How many times have you facilitated a program that contains so much content that you don’t have anything to sell to your client after the program is complete? The Protecting Goals series is a strong, easy-to-use entry level program that is flexible enough to be used during one-on-one coaching, group coaching, or organizational training. It has clearly defined objectives and provides an excellent foundation for your relationship with your clients. A significant benefit of the SOS Coaching Network programs is having a one-time license fee versus a per person fee. You will not need to pay royalties for every program you sell, and you will have no inventory to order or stock. You set the price for these programs and can even offer low-cost or no-cost programs to nonprofit employees as part of your personal or organizational philanthropic commitment. Although we provide facilitation guides, you have complete autonomy in determining how you will facilitate each program.

He worked for the Paul J. Meyer companies as a franchise owner and corporate executive for 23 years. He has worked with more than 500 small business owners, coaches, and trainers in 49 states and 35 countries. He has won a number of national and international awards. Bill has coached hundreds of CEOs, executives, entrepreneurs, and dreamers over the years, striving to help them achieve their goals and clarify their priorities. He was mentored by Paul J. Meyer, the founder of the personal development industry, for many years. Paul referred to Bill as the “the best executive coach he ever saw.” Is this a certification program?
