SOS Leadership develops leaders that make a difference by providing staff training and development, coaching, motivational speaking, planning retreats, and workshops that focus on personal and organizational leadership, goal setting, time management, and attitude. As part of our philanthropic commitment, we have established a Scholarship Program specifically for nonprofit employees to give them the opportunity to participate in our powerful Protecting Goals Showcase.

The Protecting Goals Program teaches you the fundamentals of goal setting and achievement during the course of a 5-week program that includes weekly group coaching sessions. Each participant will complete the program with clearly defined personal and professional goals, along with achievement plans for each of these goals. The typical nonprofit rate for the Protecting Goals Showcase is $750, but with a $600 scholarship from the SOS Foundation, the investment is just $150, which can be paid personally or by your organization. A maximum of three nonprofit staff members will be selected for each of our Protecting Goals Showcases .
