New Partner Joins SOS Leadership Team

Amber Fogarty named Partner and Chief Marketing Officer

AUSTIN, Texas – Marketing and communications guru, Amber Fogarty, has been named the new partner and chief marketing officer at SOS Leadership Institute LLC. In this capacity, she will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s marketing strategy and the national expansion of the SOS Coaching Network.

Amber has spent the last six years as a development and communications professional for nonprofit organizations. Those organizations include: Andre House of Phoenix, Arizona, St. Joseph the Worker, University Catholic Center at The University of Texas, and Front Steps in Austin, Texas. She currently serves as the Chair of the Community Education Sub-Committee for the Ending Community Homelessness Coalition (ECHO), which is coordinating Austin’s 2010 Hunger and Homelessness Awareness Week.

Amber is proud alum of the Leadership Austin Emerge Program and is currently a mentor in the Austin Young Chamber’s Apprentice Austin Program. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication in 2000 and her MBA with a specialization in Marketing from St. Edward’s University in 2004. She was honored with a Presidential Award from SEU in 2001. She also received a Master of Arts in Philanthropy and Development from St. Mary’s University of Minnesota in 2009.

Amber has been around the personal development industry the majority of her life and is thrilled to join the business that also employs her father and brother, Bill and Billy Moyer. Besides her role as chief marketing officer, Amber will also facilitate SOS Leadership’s feature program, Protecting Goals. She will speak and present workshops on goal setting, time management, and leadership on behalf of the company. Amber also becomes one of SOS Leadership’s top coaches.
