"Retreat to Success" Book Launch Event Scheduled Book about finding your life purpose will be introduced to the community BELTON, Texas – On Wednesday, March 28, 2012, the book Retreat to Success: Living Your Life on “Purpose” will be officially launched at a special event, which is sponsored by SOS Leadership Institute, the Belton Chamber of Commerce, and Summers Mill Retreat and Conference Center. The event will be held at Summers Mill Retreat and Conference Center in Belton, Texas, which is the setting of the book. Bill Moyer, Billy Moyer, and Amber Fogarty, a family team from a Central Texas leadership development organization called SOS Leadership Institute, have written a book to encourage people to step back, find quiet time, and reflect on what it is they are being called to do with their lives. Retreat to Success: Living Your Life on Purpose (SOS Publishing February 2012) is a story about taking the time to slow down and find your life's purpose. It is the story of a retreat leader and two retreatants who spend time reflecting on what matters most. Retreat to Success is about seeking, and hopefully finding, clarity. It asks readers to open their minds and hearts to the story of three people, all in different stages of life, who go on a retreat and find themselves. The March 28th event will begin at 5:00 pm with networking. It will include a presentation by the authors about the book that will motivate and inspire you to focus on finding your life purpose. The event will end with a book signing with all three authors. All attendees will receive a free copy of the book. Bill Moyer is the Chairman and CEO of SOS Leadership Institute, a national leadership development and coaching organization. He is considered a leadership expert and one of the top executive coaches in the country. His son, Billy Moyer, is the President and COO of SOS Leadership Institute. Together they are the co-authors of Seeds of Success: A Journey from Success to Significance. Bill’s daughter, Amber Fogarty, is SOS Leadership’s Chief Marketing Officer. She also is an adjunct professor at St. Edward’s University in Austin, Texas.

The SOS Coaching Network unites an elite group of coaches, trainers, and consultants from around the world, providing them with customized leadership programs, personalized coaching, and tools to help them succeed in the rapidly growing coaching industry. Before this launch, SOS Leadership was known in Central Texas for its work within organizations. SOS Leadership has provided effective leadership development and coaching for many small to medium sized companies including Imagecraft Exhibits, the Belton Chamber of Commerce, The Dwyer Group, De Leon & Washburn, P.C., and the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board. In starting the SOS Coaching Network, SOS Leadership did not want to forget about its success within organizations so they developed a Corporate License Program that allows companies to offer their employees high quality leadership, goal setting, achievement, and time management programs. The Corporate License Program was formed to provide companies with excellent, personalized training materials that allow them to invest in the development of their people at a substantially lower cost than bringing in outside trainers. Corporate Licensees receive Train the Trainer Certification to ensure that the Human Resource Manager or Training Professional is fully prepared to effectively deliver the programs and get the best results possible. These programs will change the culture of organizations to one that is focused on development and growth, which will inevitably impact the company’s profitability and customer service, while making it a more attractive place to work. The Corporate License Program will be a powerful resource for organizations of all sizes. Licensees will receive six programs that are customized with their logo, company name, and any other requested information. The following programs are included: The Protecting Goals series (The Science of Personal Achievement, Team Achievement, Healthy Lifestyles, Successful Relationships, and Finding Time for Achievement), and Seeds of Success: Leadership that Makes a Difference.
