BELTON, Texas – Today SOS Leadership Institute, with offices in Belton and Austin, Texas, introduced its Gr8 Leaders Program, a leadership development program for business leaders who aspire to greatness. The program is a forum of eight qualified professionals who form a mastermind group, focused on achieving goals while maintaining a “what matters most” focus.
“I am excited about the launch of the Gr8 Leaders Program,” SOS Leadership Co-Founder Bill Moyer said. “Gr8 Leaders is for those leaders who want to lead at a higher level, with vision, integrity, and a genuine commitment to making a difference.”
This elite group of like-minded individuals gathers monthly for a facilitated, interactive workshop that includes a leadership development component, confidential group coaching, and sharing of best practices. Each leader also commits to monthly one-on-one coaching with an SOS Leadership Coach.
The primary goal of the Gr8 Leaders Program is to develop leaders who make a difference, encouraging them to recognize and honor their unique priorities and responsibilities. The group coaching format offers busy professionals a support system for accountability and continuous leadership development. Each monthly conference offers an opportunity for leaders to challenge each other, generate ideas, celebrate successes, learn from failures, and plan for future personal and professional growth.
